Good question! This totally depends on the operator. They set the charging tariff. This can be a rate per kWh, hour or a transaction fee. E-Flux is transparent and ALWAYS invoices the actual costs of the operator without any surpluses. For use of the card you pay a fee per transaction or fixed rate per month, depending on the chosen subscription.
