Good question!

If you use an E-Flux charge card:

1. Log in to the E-Flux Dashboard and click on your account name at the top right.

2. Go to “Settings” and click on ''payment''

3. Change your details and hit the Update button. Now you can change your payment details. You can choose to pay by direct debit or by invoice.

4. Address and company details can be updated under the tab “Organization”.

If you have a charging station with E-Flux back office:

If you want to update your bank account for receiving the payout, you follow these steps:

1. Log in to the Charge Point Portal: https://my.e-flux.nl/co/customer

2. Click on your name at the top right

3. Click on 'Account details'

4. Scroll all the way down and leave your new IBAN bank account number.

Don’t forget to save!

If you want to change your billing information for paying the Charge Station subscription:

1. Go to: https://www.e-flux.nl/en/billing-details-2/

2. Leave your new billing information. Don’t forget the chargepoint ID!

3. We will update the information.
