Are you maintaining your charge pass and charge point from one platform?

(This is generally the case if you subscribed with us from April 26th 2021 onwards)

Within your E-Flux account you'll find bills for your charge pass and charge point as well as credit notes.

Go to: dashboard.e-flux.nl and log in.

Go to “My bills” to see an overview of your bills. There are three different kinds of bills:

  • CPO Usage: subscription costs for charge points

  • MSP Usage: subscription- and user dependent costs for charge cards.

  • CPO Credit: credit notes for the refund of charge point sessions.

The bills are available in the account and can be downloaded to a PDF file.

Configuring your payment details can be done under your personal details. Click your name in the top right corner and pick 'My Details'.

  • Refund: Fill out the details where the credit note is supposed to be refunded.

(This is generally the case if you subscribed with us before April 26th 2021)

If you want to update your bank account for receiving the payout, you follow these steps:

1. Log in to the Charge Point Portal: https://my.e-flux.nl/co/customer

2. Click on your name at the top right

3. Click on 'Account details'

4. Scroll all the way down and leave your new IBAN bank account number.
