E-Flux helps you to become self-sufficient! Our eMobility platform makes it possible to send your charge point a command for resetting or unlocking your charge cable.
How does this work, you ask? Simple, with our new eMobility platform that has been available since April 26th 2021.
Go to: dashboard.e-flux.nl and log in.
Click on 'location' and go to 'Actions > Modify'.
Click the command: Reset or Unlock connector.
Check whether the command got through correctly. If the charge point is going through a reset, the charge point will turn off and subsequently reboot. If you're trying to unlock the cable you should hear a 'click' after which the cable should come off.
This way it's child's play!
