You'll find the charging sessions of your charge pass and charge point under the 'My Invoices tab on https://dashboard.e-flux.nl/

Are you maintaining your charge pass and charge point from two platforms?

(This is generally the case if you subscribed with us before April 26th 2021)

For charge point charging sessions you can select 'My Invoices' at my.e-flux.nl/co and scroll down. Select a time stamp and click export. Easy peasy! 🙌

For charge pass charging sessions you can simply log in to https://dashboard.e-flux.nl/ and check 'My Invoices'.

If you suspect there's an invalid charging session on your invoice, you can submit this by filling out this form.
