Are you planning on charging your car, but the charging station with E-Flux sticker indicates a malfunction? No problem! We'll take you through a few steps to solve the problem and get you back on the road quickly.

On the charging station, you'll find a sticker with the E-Flux logo and a QR code. If you scan this QR code you will be directed to our website. Is the charging station in your possession?

Please go through the following steps:

Step 1: Click on the following link: https://dashboard.e-flux.nl/ and sign in with your E-Flux dashboard account. You will see 'My locations' on the left-hand side, click on it. Select the location of the charging station where the malfunction is active. At the top right of the screen, you will see the button 'actions', click on it. Now you can click on 'reset'. If this didn't work then we will proceed to step 2 to solve the malfunction.

Step 2: We are now going to de-energize the charging station. To do this, you must go to the utility closet. You can de-energize the charging station by switching off the earth leakage circuit breaker that belongs to the charging station and the group(s) that belong to the charging station. After five minutes you can switch the groups back on, followed by the earth leakage circuit breaker.

Step 3: Is the malfunction still not solved? Please call the installer who installed your charging station. The installer is able to access the maintenance dashboard and has access to more information.
